1. Minimum Contract Duration: The investment is non-cancel-able for the specified contract months mentioned in the agreement.

3. Annual Performance Return: The Annual Performance Return is determined annually from the date of fund receipt. Investors have the option to continue investing or withdraw. 4. Insurance Coverage: BOXIE will cover all containers under its management with Marine Cargo Insurance at its own expense.
5. BuyBack Guarantee: Upon the contract's conclusion, BOXIE guarantees to repurchase the container from the investor if the investment is discontinued, streamlining the selling process.
6. Management Fee: BOXIE assesses an annual management fee for purchasing, repositioning, and leasing activities to uphold operational efficiency through our professional staff.
